All orders are shipped with Fedex. You can find the shipping rate by adding your item to the cart and click the estimate shipping button. Currently Blue Horse Boutique only ships to the US. We offer ground, 2 Day and overnight options.

Orders ship within 2 business days.

We also offer a pick up option for those that are local to our store. You can pick up your order at our Devon location.

returns and exchanges

Blue Horse has a 30 day exchange and return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of purchase to begin processing your return.  Your purchase will be refunded in full if returned in its original unopened packaging. Any item that has been opened will incur a restocking fee of 25%.

If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us in regards to warranty or manufacturer claims.
